Certification Programmes

Attrans delivers the Certified International Facilitator Trainer (CIFT) programme — a rigorous, WCI-accredited certification for trainers and facilitators who want to build their practice on an internationally recognised standard. Three months. Three progressive stages. Mastery through demonstrated competence, not attendance.

Moumita and team from Attrans conducted ‘Customer centric management’ intervention for TomTom India. The participants belonged to an operations team. The key challenge to address was to improve customer survey scores. Attrans did detailed prior study and offered an interesting interactive program.
