Moumita Gokhale | Founder and Director

Moumita is an Executive Coach certified by Marshall Goldsmith & International Coach Federation. She is a Facilitator and Learning & Development Strategist with 21+ years of industry experience.
Through leadership coaching, Moumita has enabled leaders to identify key areas of opportunity and has worked cohesively to bring about organizational success. She has coached diverse levels of leadership in competence enhancement , goals, values and aspirations.
In her entrepreneurial journey, she has been instrumental in building long term collaborations with all her 50+ partners across industries including Automobile, Auto Ancillaries, Information Technology, IT Enabled Services, Location Technology Specialist, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate, and Retail.
Prior to this she has worked as a learning & development leader in Tata Motors, Mafoi Consulting & Principal Financial Group. Her greatest achievement lies in the fact that she is not only passionate but finds herself extremely accountable in all her interactions and ensures a personal touch in each intervention.
She is certified to conduct MBTI & Global Leadership Assessments and has received an International Diploma in Teaching & Training by City & Guilds, UK. Moumita has a Masters in Human Resource (Institute of Management Development & Research) and Economics (Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics).

Sanjeev Suryakumar | Facilitator and Coach

Sanjeev brings with him more than 15 years of experience in the Learning & development space, he has worked with different sectors like Manufacturing, Automobile, BFSI, IT, Consulting etc. A strong believer in the transformation that training can create in an individual, he is also passionate about the power of facilitating a comfortable space for learning & self-exploration.

Sanjeev’s expertise lies in training Middle & Senior level leadership and First Time Managers on Leadership Skills such as Emotional Intelligence, Engagement & Self Initiative, Creative Problem Solving, Communicating to Influence, Crucial Conversations, and Train the Trainer (TTT), among others. He specializes in customized journey-based interventions to create sustainable long-term impact.

In his consulting career, he has worked for organisations such as Volkswagen India, Volkswagen IT Services, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Skoda Auto, Bajaj Finserv, Addteq Software solutions, Gera Infrastructure, Serum Institute, Forbes Marshall, Eagle Brugmann, Kantar etc. In his previous career as a Learning & Development Manager, he has worked with Manufacturing, Automobile & Consulting organisations and is therefore familiar with the finer nuances of the learning & development process.

Sanjeev is certified as a Master Trainer for the Leadership Qualification by Volkswagen AG, Germany, International Diploma in Teaching & Training by City & Guilds, UK, ‘Train the Trainer’ by Dale Carnegie. He is also qualified to conduct DISC by Thomas International and Emotional Intelligence Training & Assessment by 6 Seconds, USA. He is pursuing his Executive Coaching certification from International Coach Federation (ICF). Sanjeev has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication and Masters (MBA) in Human Resource Management.

Sanjeev is a practitioner of Sahajayoga Meditation, which is a technique to ‘Know thy self’ and he is also actively involved in conducting various workshops for new seekers for corporates, colleges and communities.

Falguni Naik | Trainer and Facilitator 

Creative, Passionate and Committed

Passion, if inscribed deep in your values, can take your career graph “Up North”. And learning is and always has been Falguni’s passion. She believes continuous learning is a flame that never fades. Her strong point is her creative touch in content design and as a facilitator she is passionate, honest and committed. Her workshops encompass concept learning, 100 % involvement, fun and on-the-job implementation of learnings through various assignments and activities. 

With over 13 years of corporate work experience with ITES & IT companies like Principal Financial Group and METRO Services. She has trained managers and mid-level leaders  of around 2500 + people through 100 + workshops with an average rating of 4.5 out of 5. She has successfully implemented various training projects right from conceptualization to closure in her career so far. 

Falguni has pursued her Master’s degree in Marketing and is a double post-graduate from SCMHRD in Human Resources. She is certified in Train the Trainer certification by Dusseldorf Trainers, Facilitation skills certification by Dusseldorf Trainers, Measuring ROI in training. 

Her expertise lies in Instructor-Led Facilitation, Content development for soft skills and behavioral workshops, Designing and facilitating assessments centers, outbound training and mentoring programs.
